Doesn't work
Doesn't work, tried to sign up a number of times- doesn't send me a text.
App doesn’t work
Asks for a phone number to send a PIN code to verify set up, put phone number in and no message was received, have tried multiple times and it does not work. Was unable to pay for parking because of this.
Didn’t even send registration SMS
Didn’t even send registration SMS had to pay by card instead. Waste of time
Absolute rubbish!
You need at least 30 mins to get this app working. First it doesn’t send you the activation code for 15 mins, then you can’t put all your details, trying to put a card nr is a nightmare, you can only chose the current month on the valid date ( I had to change year to 2029 before i could chose June)! Worst parking app eveeeer!
Bad
Useless with a hidden online pay fee. Also makes you enter full card details to use ApplePay!!
FRAUD, REPORTED TO APPLE
Reported both this snd the ApcoaConnect to Apple to remove them from App store.
Keeps issuing errors
Entered phone number twice keeps on saying phone number not correct I think I know my own phone number
Very clunky
Tedious to set up in the first place. Lots of features that are standard on most phones ( use of post code to derive address) missing or weirdly implemented ( scrolling up for dates). Deeply unimpressed
Garbage
Garbage. Won’t accept non uk phone numbers, won’t accept amex, successful transactions take ages if they don’t just hang.
