Cannot sign in
I can sign in on the website, but not on the app. It’s not as usable as it could be.
Doesn’t work well
The newer versions hardly work anymore and doesn’t work on NGCX at all.
Don’t work
Only scans half the time error code 50% of the time on clean slabs

Started okay and needed improvement, got much worse instead
When I first started using this app a few years ago, it was decent but buggy. Over time it's only gone downhill. The app was much better 4 years ago or so than it is now, and now it's pretty much unusable. You get logged out every time you close the app. It won't store any of the coins you scan or add to your virtual collection, submission tracking just takes you to their website, basically they just created an app for the sake of it and then said eh who cares. PCGS has far superior apps and website, which is a shame because I otherwise prefer NGC.
Dont waste your time
You are better off just going online as the bugs in this app cost more time than the app saves. Just poorly done and the developers must know this.
Poor app at best
Compared to the PCGS app this is awful. It is poorly designed and very hard to use.
Bug
Type in certification number wrong. Select grade. Submit. A popup will appear with garbage info. Try to dismiss it with the bad certification number. Popup will go into infinite loop closing and opening.
