I don’t use this app very often because I find it unreliable, often have to recreate my password and for the last week it seems to have frozen. Looked for an update, but there isn’t one available. NGS needs to do better.

Never works smoothly. Lucky to even open most days

The only way I can get this app to escape the circle of death is to delete and reinstall. Works for a short time then rinse and repeat

App is so unreliable. Can never be sure if you can log in and the tedium of having to reset log in and FaceID is so frustrating as it happens more time than it doesn’t. I have flagged this with NGS as well with formal complaint. It’s no better and just awful. Do better please.

Very buggy on login. So hit and miss that it’s easier just to use the website. High time it was fixed.

Sometimes it works sometimes it does not. Virtually useless!

This app doesn’t work at all for me. It’s a waste of space on my phone! I repeatedly am told something is wrong, can’t load data, please try again. It used to work but now refuses to load! I would give zero stars if I could! What a disgrace!!

The logon screen just stops working after a few days and requires you to go through the whole logon setup procedure again to get it working.

This app used to work really well. However, a month or so ago it got all messed up. Deleted, reinstalled it etc, it works fine the first time you use it but then it gives an error message. Website work fine. I wish you would fix it once and for all and communicate with us about any changes you are going to make (e.g login detail changes) so we know exactly what is happening. At the moment that is not the case. If it worked consistently I work rate it higher.
