Cant even register as the app wont accept a 0 as the first part of phone number

You put the order. They don’t reply. The order doesn’t get accepted even when you call the restaurant !! Nham24 do not reply to messages or phone call. Just use foodpanda E-GetS or ypp !!! Don’t waste your time. I used them too many times but enough is enough they don’t deserve your business!!

I placed order, money paid. Two delivery drivers later and over 50 minutes the pizza arrived cold. Sent messages to NHAM24 asking for refund etc... absolutely no response. I’m a frequent user of this App and delivery times have been getting progressively longer. I’ve stopped tipping drivers if too long. Train your staff on how to use GPS!

Great that this app is here. But it took a payment then made me pay again, finally chose the cash option, yet my card had still been charged. Hopefully they can fix this.

Good app. User it all the time. Would be great if if allowed my overseas credit card to work and if contacting support allowed you to add an image of the error message.

Good app and updates, but the referral system still refers to 2022, so there's no benefit to inviting your friends. Please update it to allow referral earning in 2023 and help grow the app!

Orders are never pushed to restaurants, it can take an hour to find out Nham just had your order in queue, then you will find out the store closed!!!! Worst app, please shut this app down it has the worst user experience and it’s nothing but a scam and waste of time and money. DON’T THIS CR@P unless you have hours and hours to waste!!!!!

For the past few days we were using NHAM24 for its really good promotions that included one where if you used your ABA Visa card as payment they take out 5 dollars out of the final order. This was great until today where not only was my card declined but my girlfriends as well. First we make a call to the support and the first woman said that the store was closed that’s why it was cancelled, but the store was still open for another 2 hours… Then a guy answered saying there was a problem with the payment method or that I hadn’t updated my app. Nope none of the above and I’m still waiting for “I will talk to my boss and resolve this issue for you”, as if that will ever work. Very disappointed in the services

dear developer, Can you add a function to delete all promotional messages on inbox easily? Also, there’s a bug in it. I deleted all messages but it still indicates that I have 13 messages. :P

You need to wait for a phone call to confirm almost every orders otherwise the orders will be canceled. If I need to talk to you why I need to order with an app? Also, the app is very slow processing orders.
