Ничего не обновляют, глючно-зависающая дрянь

Уже более года не работает система управления отопления. Наладчики ссылаются на то, что система GMobile не работоспособна в этой части и ждут рекомендаций от разработчиков. Очень плохо.

Always dropping out and can’t connect to server. Worst app ever!!!!

I am so disappointed with this product. Only one user at a time and slow and clunky. Some of my lights stay on and the app won’t turn it off. Rubbish - please fix it. And don’t start me on your service.

We considered a number of systems. But Elan suited our needs best. We were able to select certain features which met our needs and then expand. Easy to operate.

I have been using this app for a few months now and generally happy with its features and functionality. Would give it 5 stars if the numbers on the keypad were larger (need my glasses to see what I’m doing). Dark background doesn’t help. Also would be interested to know where the weather report comes from as the temperature displayed is often 5-6 degrees above the actual temperature. Apart from these two problems, all good.

Get the network done properly, have the lighting, climate, security etc... systems installed and programmed properly to start with, this application is very user friendly, and powerful. I’ve had various control systems, this is my favourite.

This is hands down the worst app in the entire world. They hired a high schooler to code it. You have been warned

The ELAN system is atrocious. DO NOT BUY IT!! You will pay way more than you should be paying and it rarely even works. If you even want to click a button, you have to click it about 10 times for it to actually click the button. It is so frustrating. It won’t record if you turn off your TV. Also, has a loading symbol all of the time and the connection goes in and out. And you might say, “oh this must be a problem with your wifi.” Well, it’s not. We have brand new wifi and the fiber internet, all of our wifi works amazing. It’s just the ELAN system that is horrible. Do NOT buy it. It is HUGE waste of money; compare it to dumping your money down a drain. And, it doesn’t even work. I would pick 0-stars if I could. Awful.
