Worst service of NIMB mobile banking when I withdraw money or received payment through NIMB mobile banking I didn’t receive SMS alerts

Qr scanner dosent work.
I restarted app multiple times, even checked for updates but there wasn’t any. I checked if there is an issue with my phone camera but there wasn’t any issue. Why is it not working. Please resolve this issue asap

Half of the time your app dosent work! Please do something abt it.

Won’t work well on iPhone and can’t perform any task. Very much disappointed with this. Kindly please fix these bugs and release new updates.
Balance not showing
After logged into account balance is not showing, it’s showing loading loading
Keep asking to change PIN number.
One of the worst banking app I have ever used. Keep asking to change PIN number. Keep refusing to pay online. There is always problem with maximum withdrawals even with minimum expenditure. I don’t understand this logic. No other bank has this.
