Avoid using this company if you care about your clothes and money. I sent 2 jackets for dry cleaning, on the day scheduled for delivery, there’s no contact (no message, no phone call) to inform me that my order was delivered, only on that evening I got a system auto message that my order was delivered, but I only received one jacket back when I open the bag! The app shows the order is complete and I can only submit ticket for the missing jacket(it’s a jacket worth $1770). I submitted the ticket and the ticket has not getting any update even until now(5 days past). I also called the number from their website and no one answered. In the end I contacted the driver through the number they used when pick up and only knowing that because my jacket has some fur on the hood that is not detachable and to clean that they would need a fur expert and takes 1 week and $75 so they need permission to proceed - this is ridiculous because no one contact me to share this information and ask for permission! And they already charged me the cost for 2 jackets even knowing they didn’t clean one of them. The customer service does not exist and I have to contact my credit card company to dispute the charge.
