The NissanConnect Services app redefines your relationship with your Nissan by allowing you to connect & control your car with your smartphone.

With the NissanConnect Services app, you can*:

- Connect laptops, tablets or smartphones to the In-Car WiFi hotspot
- Get information and control your car using your voice.
Drive quickly and easily to your destination:
- Get daily, monthly or yearly reports on your driving
- Plan your trip from your smartphone by sending an address to your car before your journey starts
- After you have parked, the app can locate your position and guide you through the last mile walking

Nissan delivers
App works well, does what it says it will. Sometimes a little temperamental and won’t connect. But overall a good experience.
Travel favourites
I haven’t found out how to remove the title work from my favourites list. Also, how do I add additional favourites. In my phones contact list I tend to retain peoples names and phone numbers not addresses, so the connect services is unable to merge addresses.
Discounts Constantly
Does not stay connected. SOC unavailable through API.
Nissan connect
Great piece of technology for your car, view your driving history miles. Track your car’s location.

Simple app, easy to navigate round. Works perfectly over the mobile networks.
Odometer value screen stuck
Stuck on the odometer. Not moving from that screen
Subscriptions should be allowed through App Store.
I should be able to purchase add ons (live maps, smart alerts, remote services etc) through the App Store. I might only want remote services for a month or two and it’s too difficult to unsubscribe to services. If you made it so that I could pick and choose which services I needed, and for how long, and made it easy to unsubscribe through the app (or App Store), I’d be much more inclined to subscribe. The way it is now, it’s too difficult to unsubscribe. You shouldn’t need my credit card number, just allow me to subscribe and unsubscribe through the app or App Store.
Great App
I’ve used this app for a long time with our Hybrid Nissan and now that I’ve got a Nissan EV the app is even better! I’m able to control a lot more of the EV, especially turning on the cars heating system to pre-condition the car before setting off in the morning which is a requirement of EV’s during the winter months.
