It never loads my server. I have to use a browser.

I’m fine with the services, but regarding the actual interface this app is awful. It’s difficult to navigate and the whole thing just needs to be reorganized for things to be accessible. The categories should be reorganized for different functions. Even logging in is painful. Sometimes it will log you out and when you do log in, it takes you to some weird section in the app where you can’t see your server… only to log you out and make you log back in again. Yeah TL;DR, awful app that needs an entire rework.

This horrible bag of trash company is terrible. The app is complete garbage. The website it’s garbage. Over priced trash. Fire everyone and bring all new people in and completely rebuild the app and website. F you

Server that I bought for Ark ASA (equally horrible game in reliability) keeps crashing and now will never show up for me to play despite having still been paying and it being valid payment that’s going though. Can’t get responses as to why server keeps disconnecting and restarting every 5 seconds… Tried to cancel server and it was a pain to figure it out..had to find a way to do it through Reddit…if you take the “support” through Nitrado site to find out how to cancel..they tell you to SEND A REQUEST to terminate your server! Thats crazy! Its my money, just tell me how to stop my payment! Anyway, find out how to do it on Reddit and hopefully they don’t re-install my payment info..I don’t trust them to not do that..I’m keeping an eye out and ready to contact a 3rd party to get involved if necessary.

The app itself is worthless, not to mention without warning it deleted my whole server because i didn't renew it on time, hundreds of hours of gameplay, loot, money, ect all gone.

First attempt left me annoyed and disheartened. Turns out, it was a bad moment. Ark just updated, but mods ended up messed up, so my game wouldn’t launch. Next day, everything is working better. Launched the game finally. Having better luck changing settings on the browser than the app. Remember. You aren’t just communicating with a website, it’s literally changing settings on their server, be patient. And if you put a lot of work into settings, save that. You can download and upload setting save files via the browser, probably the app too

Si loco esta aplicación no sirve para nada siquiera me deja pagar un server o recargar crédito para rentar un server de ark mobile da rabia ojalá hubiera otra plataforma mejor que esta no diver arregle su huevada alguna plataforma que me recomienden

Still can’t adjust anything on iPad it’s just a black screen when I click on something

I should have known better. I saw the other bad reviews but still gave it a shot and it’s been awful. The ark server I got is down more than it’s actually working. And the support is awful too, you never hear anything back and they take forever to fix anything.

This review will be objective, and anger will be pushed to the side. My previous review was removed. This app was developed very poorly, it is painful to navigate. Before I stopped playing “Ark” it wouldn’t even load the server in the app to adjust the settings. I had reinstalled the app multiple times and tried everything, I could not modify my server settings. The process to cancel your subscription is intentionally very difficult. I was under the impression it was cancelled well over a year ago, however here I am with hundreds spent on a terrible service that I didn’t want to use anymore because of its inability to function properly. — do not waste your money on a poorly running server, that has a disgustingly developed app that makes it difficult to cancel your subscription. Don’t end up like me with well over 200 spent on a service I didn’t use.
