This app thinks we all live in China. Beijing time zone. How hard is it to get an app to recognize your local time? It also seems incapable of logging a route.

Overall the app does what it supposed to do but it sometimes missing options randomly. For example my riding data doesn’t get updated in real time; also the “quick lock” function that was there but somehow disappeared now. (I’m using it with KQI 3 Sport)

I own four NIU scooters, 3 Pro max and a 300x. The scooters are all good, but the app is trash. I cannot stop the tutorial on every ride when I’m using the 300 X. The ride recording does not track routes, But what is more frustrating is it does not actually even track the distance properly. Some days it’ll record bits and pieces of a ride correctly! In the last month, that is just given up recording anything. This isn’t that difficult! I don’t know why they let kindergarten children develop their app.

Please add a Shortcut ability to unlock a NIU vehicle. If Tesla can do it, so can NIU!

I downloaded the app and I am trying to bind the scooter to the app…seems to work but half work because when the battery is in it just doesn’t show up on the app. If I use my old phone, everything works fine. So now I’m unable to use my new phone with the scooter which means I need to get another SIM card? Doesn’t feel very practical

I haven’t been able, so far, to get the distance I make on the scooter on the app. Pretty useless I think. NIU did a terrible job with their app and I hope they will fix it!

I love my NIU and all the info the app gives me: My past rides. The number of Km riden so far. The battery % and how many Km that represents. The fact that I can see my NIU’s location and get notifications when there is vibrations/overturned/movement is a MAJOR bonus. I find the vibration sensors to be very sensitive. ALSO, I don’t know if it’s because of the weather (intense heat) today but the app informed me that there was no battery when in fact the battery is installed. I even have an extra locking device to secure my battery. It happened twice today. Is this a BUG?
