When you just instal app you can receive frequently 50 call WhatsApp mesg a day , Customer care talk like uneducated person, And when said I’m just look his plan for future, Lady said why you visit our platform. Very bad experience before perched plan thank god save from them

No response
I am with Niva bupa since last 5 years, fortunately without any claim. It’s the time for renewal of my Reassure policy. Since there is a huge jump in premium amount from last year’s 40k to 52k even without no claim status, I tried to know the reasons for this premium escalation and also whether the no claim bonus was given or not, but unfortunately none is responding to clarify before I proceed for renewal. They simply send you the messages/reminders in a stereotyped way for renewal by mentioning the due date and even in their app also, you are simply directed to go forward for renewal process, but nowhere you get the desired clarification. Very sad situation even after staying with this company for last 5 years.

Health points are not updating
It has been more than 3 months and still the issue with health points not updating is there. I don’t know how hard it is to rectify a small issue.
No Customer Service in emergency situation
Worst ever experience with the Service. Don’t buy go for ACKO. They had my corporative policy it got executed so smoothly.
Health app needs proper calibration.
I have observed that the number of steps doesn't reflect properly in distance travelled column. I have observed that no. Of steps are recorded on a given day but distance travelled figure is far lower than previous day.
Asking Inappropriate permissions
This app is asking write permissions to health data, I don’t understand why write permissions are required when you are interested in seeing daily activities like steps and others. What is the intension of having write permissions, you want to override the step count to zero?
