Unable to signup - some goniyo link is opening

Decent product. Works 90% without issues. Terrible customer care. They are unable to generate account statements properly. Many missing transactions in the account statements. Takes long to rectify issues.

It’s almost impossible to reach them for any help. Tried to reach them through NIYO DCB app but never got a response. And now unable to contact them through app also and getting message “something went wrong while creating ticket please try later” since last two months it’s same messages.

It’s a great app for a great card. Seamless support

I used the Niyo debit card for last 5 years but the recently developments are scary. It’s been 4 days I am trying to withdraw my funds and Niyo is not working to make that transaction happen. Each time the transaction is timed out and my money stays stuck. The staff would keep on responding that money is safe, but there is high doubt. If it’s not resolved we will close all the 7 cards we have in our home.

One fine day .. suddenly … I am not able to login. Custoemr care number does not work !! WhatsApp supprt does not work !! Wow ! It was ok befor , now pleas stop their fraud company . Their new management is corrupt

No issues in app, currency conversion also works fine, customer support is also good, but sometimes the app fails to login and shows generic error. About niyo global card. I used this in India while doing any international transactions. Recently I visited UAE and used this card . Withdraw money from atm and used on pos machines and did online transactions on uae local websites. Everything works perfectly fine without any issues. You just have to beware of updated transaction limitations before using the card else it can cause charges.
