Love it. Great workouts and great app.
I am a fan of the show for sure! I admire Whitney and I love the fact that she has done something so incredible for the world. I have suffered from eating disorders since age nine. I also relate to panic attacks, perhaps due to low self esteem, self hatred combined with the drive to be “perfect.” I grew up as an athlete and continued to workout through the years at the gym. I have slowly over the past year or so started to become isolated, increasingly self conscious of what people are thinking of me which has led to social withdrawal. It’s not me! I work as an RN. I put everything into work and my excuse that I am “too tired”. I am bummed out with the app. There seems to be a disconnect from what I thought would be a very accessible workout. Something that I didn’t need to join before starting. It feels very intimidating and almost like another place I don’t belong. Sorry to everyone for the long review. If anyone even cares to read once they see how much I have written…Yeesh! I just want to get healthy physically. Thanks
Looking for the workouts in the pool! I have been advised that this is the only exercise I should do due to my health. Are you going to include these soon? Love all of you! Miss Babs so much, I’m sure you do as well. She was such a super lady! Loved her wit and southern ways! A true lady.
I love this app! With so many options I can always find a routine to do no matter what kind of restrictions I have. Wish all the stretch videos would have label, other than that. I love it!
I love how informal this workout app feels- it makes me feel like I’m working out with friends. I love that it’s not scripted and you get to see them struggle and take breaks rather than seeing a perfect person doing exercise like it’s a walk in the park. I’m 8 weeks postpartum and it’s been great to ease back into working out and understanding how to make adaptations.

Love all the variations. Can you add some moves for menopause belly?
I’d love some new workouts. I’m okay reusing some but the early ones there’s no timer and they’re not the best at telling you when rounds start.
I am an enormous fan of the show, which is probably 80% of why I love this app. Jess and Whitney do chat a lot, but honestly that’s part of why I love it because I feel like I’m just hanging out with them. It feels less sterile than a typical workout video. I do wish there was a little bit more work out length which is the reason for the one star off, I feel like the warm up and cool down are So much longer than they need to be, so the actual work out sometimes isn’t even 15 minutes! (although for people who are very immobile, this would be perfect so keep that in mind. ) However the work around with that is just a tack on another work out, there are plenty to choose from, and I will continue to be a subscriber !
I am definitely in between you both, so I love all the different ways to work out a muscle group. I love focusing on one thing a day and the time frame is perfect for my life style. I am turning 50 this year and I am doing this for me!! You two are engaging and your banter keeps me going!! I love this app!! 💗
