Not able to get notification to set limit i click on send notification option but i dont get any notification and i am not able to use this app

Stuck
The App is stuck on 5 minutes cool down screen even after using my phone after 15 minutes.
Waste of time
Do not use this app… there is no option to un restrict the app…
Unable to remove restrictions
Hello sir, using the app is not solving my purpose. I like use you tube app while driving for more the 8-10 hrs a day and also while doing some work in such conditions it becomes a reason for me to not use the app when I want to. Kindly help me remove effects of the and uninstall it.
Useless App
Do not use this app, there is no option to un restrict the app. Waste of time.
