Glitch?
I downloaded it app and was asked a bunch of questions and it doesn’t let me see the whole question or the bottom of the answers to select. So ended up deleting the app.
This is a scam
I have discontinued my subscription and they keep charging every year I am now disputing through the credit card company for fraudulent charge

The exercises are really worth following through and I was able to relax and put myself in the optimum mindset.

Weirdest meditation I’ve ever heard
I thought I was listening to a meditation that would help me sleep and all of a sudden I’m hearing a story about a girl with an ED but I’m the tone of a meditation so I felt like I was being brain washed into an ED. Edit: why are all of the reviews refrecing this being pushed to the bottom and people are only seeing the 5*?! This is a serious problem and apparently this has been on the app for a year?!
