It seems they are selling a watch under false pretences, as it does nothing that it advertised for. The company does not respond to any complaints.

Direct calling
Make calls directly to your kids 4G watch from the app.
Safety zones
Get alerted when your kid leaves the virtual boundaries of the safety zone set by you.
Physical health
Track your child’s daily activity including steps taken.
Voice notes
Share voice messages between the app and kids watch with ease.
Healthy alerts
Set up alerts & reminders for your kids to wash their hands, drink water, etc.
School mode
Toggle school mode so that your child is not distracted when in the classroom.
Contact management
Manage who gets to connect with your kids and whom they can connect with.
SOS
In case of an emergency, the kids watch can send out an SOS alert.

Location not showing Up
I bought this watch for live tracking but positioning not working. Tried multiple attempts but nothing helped. I will not even give a star for this App bcoz the basic functionality itself not working. Waste of money. Unnecessarily bought noise scout.

No GPS tracking
The GPS tracking is not working. Whats the point of buying the useless watch if you are unable to track? Such products should be banned or go through rigorous tests before launching in the market.

Incorrect location and time displayed
Hi team, The app doesn’t show the right location even after refresh and the watch goes back 30 minutes at any point in time . So neither location nor time is accurate. The very essence of getting the watch is spoiled here .
