It allowed me to set my password but wouldn't allow me to enter the characters when I tried to log in

I upgraded my account months ago. I’ve been paying for $4.99 a month for every month yet they’ve never upgraded my plan or let me use anything above the free. I’ve contacted them with no response and they’ve been stealing my $4.99 monthly and giving me no access to any thing that I need.

I’ve been using this app for a year, it usually works great, but it is currently exporting my videos back to my video library visually unclear and blurry. I canceled my subscription, and am looking for a new one. Please fix it, because it works very well otherwise. Thank-you.

iOS allows users to limit app access to individual files on your phone, rather than giving apps unlimited access to every single one of your photos and videos. This app detects when you grant limited access and disables all functionality until you allow unlimited access. There is no technical reason to do this, which means the developer is likely collecting the metadata from all your files in order to sell it.

Couldn’t even upload a single video because the app requires access to YOUR ENTIRE LIBRARY. Keep your life private, find another app.

I fell in love with this noise filtering app the first time that I used it. This is an investment that I truly recommend that you make if you’ve got the strong desire and need to filter any audio that has a lot of noise. I will be purchasing this app after my trial because I really have been looking for something that is professional and fast. And this app works like a charm!

Used the app and thought it was amazing until I paid for it. Then all of a sudden the same background noise that it was deleting was now still there in every thing I downloaded. I’m not sure what happened but it seems strange it didn’t happen until I subscribed.

It is interesting that this app requires “full access” to your videos/files!! Limited access is disabled!!
