Nomination Whist (o Nommy para abreviar) es un juego de bazas una variante de whist, jugado en dieciséis manos con un número variable de cartas por mano. El objetivo es obtener puntos estimando (o nominando) la cantidad de bazas que ganará en cada mano y tener la puntuación más alto al final del juego. Los triunfos para cada mano son elegidos por el jugador que puja más alta.
La cantidad de cartas en cada mano es la siguiente:
7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
Y luego hay tres manos adicionales:
7 Sin Triunfos (como su nombre lo indica, no hay triunfos)
7 Sin Bazas (donde todos los jugadores deben intentar perder)
7 (normal)
La puja comienza con la mano más vieja en cada ronda. El total de todas las pujas combinadas no pueden ser igual al número total de bazas en la mano. El jugador que hace la puja más alta (o que gana un corte en el caso de que las pujas más altas estén empatadas) elige los triunfos para la mano. La mano más vieja juega primera y, posteriormente, el ganador de cada baza juega la primera carta de la siguiente baza. El trato gira en el sentido de las agujas del reloj en cada mano.
Puntuación:
Hacer tu puja gana diez puntos más la cantidad de bazas ganadas
Obtener menos bazas que tu puja gana un punto por baza ganada
Obtener más bazas que tu puja pierde cinco puntos por la primera baza y se deduce un punto adicional por cada baza adicional sobre la puja, excepto en 7 Sin Bazas donde cada baza ganada se penaliza con una deducción de cinco puntos

Great wee game, the computer opponents are evil at times. I play it most days.

Paid for no Adverts

I paid extra to not have adverts interrupt my game and I’m getting a Discovery + advert pop up with every game?!

Unintuitive interface and invites fail to send

Disappointing as love nomination whist a looking for an app to play with friends. Unfortunately this is not it 😕

Cards with a twist.

I normally play 13 or 17 card. 7s is interesting with slightly different rules. The computer players seem to call more over calls than under. The over calls are optimistic, and it’s best to play your own game rather than being sucked in. It’s a great app with a choice of 2 to 5 players. Great to wind 15 minutes off whilst queuing. I would use this app on holiday.

I’ve been playing multiplayer the last few months which has been great. The last week we haven’t been able to connect at all unfortunately. There seems to be an issue. Please help..

Works 1% of the time

It is almost impossible to set up a game with friends. It’s constantly crashes or doesn’t load. The game play itself is terrible. It’s unclear when it’s your turn and it kicks you out of the game after a time. Even when it’s just you and friends.
