Not user friendly
I was excited to open an account with this bank, but my experience has been disappointing. I tried twice, and the passport verification process is neither user-friendly nor efficient. Given the advanced technologies available today, there should be a better, more seamless way to verify identity. The process felt unnecessarily cumbersome, with lengthy instructions to read before taking a selfie—yet the selfie feature didn’t even work properly. To make matters worse, I received an email claiming to include instructions for taking the selfie, but no such instructions were attached. Overall, the experience was frustrating and far from the level of convenience I expected. I hope the bank can address these issues and streamline the onboarding process for future customers.
