The only one device (iPhone) can be logged in and view camera at the same time. Worst design.

After every update the notifications disappear on a few of my cameras. Very disappointed especially when you pay extra for the options.

The nooie smart plugs stopped working so I tried to reset the app connection with Alexa Refuses to connect to Alexa.

I’ve been using the app since 2019-2020 for my colored lights and I’m honestly disappointed at this point. 4-5 years and no improvement on the app for lights. I only get to save 2 presets?! TWO? I was hoping it would improve over the years but that’s gotten me to the point of considering purchasing from a different company. The colors are also very limited and it’s hard to get a proper orange or pale pink. Please you really need to improve this side of your app, it’s been 4-5 years and this hasn’t changed. I’m giving it 3 stars because it’s very mid but it functions well and I do like the simplicity of the app design. The lack of features is making me feel 2/5 stars instead though.

Why is it that we need to key in login details after an app update? Why can’t the app recover the details from the cache? This is incredibly unhelpful and needs to be sorted out.

The app and camera are good. Except 50% of the time when I try to view the camera on the app, it’s stuck on a loading screen. Sometimes for as long as 3 minutes. When you’re using something like this for a baby monitor, which we are, that is way too long. We have the highest speed internet and I’ve ensured the app is always updated. Slightly disappointed.

So this camera is great. However, every couple of months or weeks the live feed has no sound. There is no option to search for firmware update. So now I have a camera that has one way audio but the opposite way I would like it. Maybe can hear me but I can’t hear baby.

Randomly has that startup sound and it’s very annoying when your baby is sleeping, scares her all the time!

I really want to have widgets that let me switch on/off the devices
