Noom Vibe: Steps with Friends

I have been using Noom Vibe for quite some time and mostly enjoyed it. It seemed unrealistic at first to gain enough points to get a gift card of a decent amount, however sometime before Christmas I finally had enough to get a $25 card and I chose Bath and Body Works which I would use for gifts. Got the email with the redemption code rather quickly. The issue was when I was ready to place an order. The code was copied exactly so I known didn't make a mistake but the card was EXPIRED! I reached out to customer service and the reply was to check my email again and check my spam folder! They did not even read my email. If they had, they would have known that I did indeed receive the code but could not redeem it. Several attempts after that to reach customer service went unanswered. Between this and all the creeps who try to message me in the chat, I'm done with Noom Vibe!

I have been in NoomVibe for 2 months now and I love it! It is a great way to get motivated. There are talks with every subject you can think of to help educate and motivate you to live a healthier lifestyle. The community is very supportive of each other. It is like having your own cheerleading squad. And you can bank your vibes to get gift cards or donate to charity.

Just want to let you know that I reported your app to the FTC, BBB, and NYS Department of Consumer Protection. I hope that everyone else will too for the scam app you created! What you’re doing to people is illegal and I hope you’ll be sued! I redeemed 20,000 points and I’m supposed to get a gift card. I redeemed them over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received my gift card reached out to customer service and now they’re ignoring me.

Advice & encouragement from others is fabulous & inviting, comforting! Lost my Amazing Husband & left big home of 39 years, but making friends in new apt & they just remodeled our Fitness Ctr! I’m 64 & took a bad fall in June, fractured Patella, vertical split, still not all there but steps easier now… also ruptured globe of left eye that I’d had cornea transplant in already- UK trauma sewed it back in place, but they still had to remove my left eye completely. I really like this app. Great motivation. Have used about 1 month now and it has encouraged me to walk more, consistently work on my habits, and kept me mindful of my health goals. Appreciate the reward options as well.
