Every time need to watch , the app kick me out then I have 2 start from the beginning like I’m a new customer also asking to pay the fee and submit which I’m already existing customer Also need to add a new series because the old one been there for more then 1 year and nothing new
Subtitles
I love the app when I can watch in Arabic voice but a lot of the series are only available in Arabic subtitles when will you have English subtitles?
Can’t open the verification email
Many times verification email sent to me can’t open it to verify my email
The Subtitles
Please we need English subtitles. Imagine I made annually subscription and I don’t know both Arabic and Turkish. I thought the subtitles are going to be English.
