Every step of the app full of pain and errors. It crashes, generate 502 errors and not user friendly. Rubbish.

Whatever app design or functionality is, when it is about your money nothing else matters. It was blazing fast to receive money via international bank transfer via SWIFT. But once I received I stumbled upon the fact that I cannot easily use my money. If you need to withdraw as cash or send it to your another bank account you first need to move money from eCash account to Revenue account. And this operation requires Noqodi approval. There is no clear explanation of the terms for this operation but mine created on November 24 is still awaiting approval as of today November 27. Same goes for approval of bank details to withdraw. They need to approve it first. Mind is also still awaiting. Support is also crappy. I asked for support on November 24 and no one replied since then. There is no phone on the Noqodi website and the only way to contact is by submitting form. The idea behind this eWallet is good but lack of transparency, user orientation and probably employees responsible for approvals makes this app useless as you can’t use your money as you get them locked into eWallet eCash account. It’s like that you have money but can’t use them.

I have an issue, I just logged in, nester emerates id, next step receive sms and enter code. The problem is that sms sends to some strange number, not mine. When I click not my number it navigates me to gov site where I need to change this number to mine, but in gov website I have correct phone number. Please fix this issue. Because it’s useless right now.

Worst app ever why so complicated to top up money simply allow to add directly from card. than tried to add card it stops loading

Very useless and unprofessional app i added money to my account but didn’t receive it , and how come they don’t have call center to help, the support team takes to much time to reply emails and solve the issue, this totally zero star app and service

Would give you zero stars if I could. You can’t add money into wallet, app on the phone is not working and you can’t see visuals on drop down menus. Very poor experience and only using because forced to

Had worst experience from the app. Opened account but the document verification is not being done. I had sent numerous emails as a complaint nothing happened and the problem is not resolved.
