The app is forever “undergoing maintenance.” The actual platform holds extremely basic information. You cannot see what your money is invested in and the units. There are plenty of micro investing platforms out there that provide in-depth information about your shares. For a product that was recommended to me by a professional- the app and services in general leave a lot to be desired.

The app consistently doesn’t progress when at login stage of opening app, very poor facial recognition and becomes frozen, leading to having to restart the app 2-3 times just for loggin in. Please fix this bug ASAP!

Except for absolute basics, quite useless. To get more specific details in my account 3like number of units, unit price, pending unit purchase, etc. In other words the info I need I can only get by going on to website, jumping thru 2-factor authentication annoyance & selecting specific account :-(

I have been using this North app on my phone and gives me the details I’m happy with, when will this app be updated to include iPad support, at present you have to use the iPhone app which is stretched to fit the screen.

App is slower than I’d expect on updates Login needs to be integrated into the IOS keychain so it syncs across devices

Looks like AMP got ripped off

North emailed about the app, sure why not, load it up, soooo many boiler plate screens to get through... then finally give it a run and it crashes after finger print log in. Try the pin log in. Crashes too. *SMH* Not an auspicious start.

Very slow app. Why is the app update status every time you open the app. Waste of time.
