The app is fine but they can’t seem to resolve a duplicate profile so I can’t see any of my most recent test results.

I couldn’t find a list of prices for an immediate care visit. I decided to go to CVS instead because they have a list of prices, and the care I have received there in the past has been good.

Site is OK but if I didn’t do a review, the review asking screen keeps popping up on each screen I go to so I opted to review to stop the pop.

These people are not connected nor have their stuff together

It’s a 48 minute on your understaffed phone system to reschedule an appointment which your office cancelled because it seems they’re closing the office for ….not Thanksgiving… but Thanksgiving eve. But the worst part is, I’m not able to reach the office because of your long telephone wait times. Why is your time more important than mine? Steve Sanders

Constant redundancy in filling out forms and slow responses when information is posted. Poor communication service!!!
