Not a very good app, lacks functionality, it’s slow and cumbersome

Every time I look at my credit card transactions, then try to go back and pay my credit card, it crashes and won’t let me pay it. I have to wait several hours to get back on and pay my bill. Very annoying and frustrating.

Any chance they get to charge you a couple dollars they will. Service fees for everything. I can’t wait to refinance and get away from this bank.

My accts move around on my list all of a sudden. I put them back in the order I want them to appear which is pain to begin with being we have so many of them, just for them to decide to change order again.

It would be helpful if they could update the account on a more rapid time line

When the app works, it is an asset. Unfortunately, technical difficulties and “maintenance” issues are common. The app has become an important tool as NWCU has withdrawn from many of their previously held “shared-banking” agreements with other credit unions. When the customer can no longer utilize the shared-banking option, the app is fundamental ... when the app and/or website is experiencing technical difficulties, customers are left in the cold. This has been the case for the last 24 months. Pretty rough going, however, I prefer to support a local credit union as opposed to a national bank. While the bank would be much more convenient, it does not support our local economy.
