Suggestions for with Nostra Financial Services
I recently opened an account with Nostra for financial services, specifically for stock trading and mutual fund investment. While their mutual fund services were satisfactory, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of attention and support I received in stock trading. It felt like I was a small, overlooked customer as they failed to reach out or provide any assistance. Despite expressing my concerns, there was no effort on their part to address the issues. As a trader, feeling valued and having responsive support is crucial, and unfortunately, Nostra fell short in this regard. I ultimately decided to close my account due to the frustrating experience. I believe Nostra needs to invest in improving their staff training and customer service, especially for traders who, like me, expect a higher level of attention and support. I hope my feedback encourages Nostra to enhance their services and better cater to the needs of all their customers.
