Horrible experience. My pizza box arrived open and I took pictures and recorded a video as proof and the application refused to admit any wrong doing. They didn’t refund or compensate in any way. Unprofessional and terrible service
Ordered 2 times through the app. Suggested by the restaurant. Both times the service failed. No option to call. Only option is to chat & it takes ages without proper redressal. They made a refund 1st time. So tried again hoping its a one-off. Again it failed. This time also they offered refund but nothing received even after 5 days. They somehow delivered the food almost 2.5 hours after the order. Never even try this app
You order they deliver after 2 hours, the agent lie to you say it’s near you you call the restaurant they say it’s not picked up yet Refund process take for ever and you have to run after your money The customer service agents are not understanding anything and lie all the time

Till date very satisfied with the app and service provided along with new offers etc. Deliveries rates are less compared to other apps and there are no delays at all. Overall 100 out of 100 app 🌹👌🏻
