I paid for Pro to get real-time translation (interpretation) for a month. It stopped working because of quota limit in less than an hour!!! On a Pro!! No specific quota on translation was stated when I was paying, just 1800 minutes for transcription! I expected 1800 minutes of translation, of fourse
I subscribed to the app for one year, but now that I've unsubscribed, I can only access my notes for the first three minutes. This means that if I want to review my old notes, I need to subscribe indefinitely. My notes are my assets, and I have already paid for them. When I first subscribed to this app, it never informed me that I would lose access to my old notes after canceling the subscription. This app is cheating, scamming, and defrauding its users. The way they ask for money is really unseemly. It's ridiculous and absurd.
This was a little disappointing as it was hyped as the best available. It punctuated poorly, putting a full stop whenever I paused, without the sentence being completed. I close my eyes to compose my sort and the free account just stopped without warning. I don’t recall reading that throttling was part of the deal. I then probably lost six minutes of thought. They overhype and under deliver. Maybe a paid plan would perform better and I suppose that’s what they want.

Ohh well I got a free trial and they already cancelled it without letting me test the app properly so I guess I wouldn’t pay for it. Don’t be greedy. Let people test something first.

For Cantonese, at least, transcription quality is not good so unfortunately this app will not be useful to me despite me paying for a subscription.
I have subscribed but the app is stuck on the FREE subscription. I have only used the one email. I have logged out and in but it still tells me to subscribe. $$ wasted at this stage
