The app seems to no longer display song title and artist with album art which is disappointing - otherwise works well

After login I’m taken to a blank screen with only a banner of logos along the bottom edge. Unable to access app!

I really want to listen to Nova but I can’t on my phone as I can’t log in to the app after upgrading my phone. I get a white screen that goes nowhere. I’ve emailed numerous times to get zero result. Please fix this

The radio service and the team are fantastic. I just wanted to get the app on my mobile so that I can listen to it from anywhere. I am trying to log in but after I put my password in, the page just scrolls down and I cant scroll back up and to click log in. I tried to download the app again but the problem is still there. I don’t know how else I can log in to listen to the radio

I change over from listening to Kiis to listen to Jase and Lauren and now Love Nova at all times over the day and night 🤭

Been 6 weeks now and go to sign in screen…. Log in and then nothing…. Just a white screen and nothing……. Starting to become a joke

I’ve recently found myself more and more unable to continue listening, and I feel compelled to share why. It seems Chrissie often emphasizes her love for meat, particularly pork, in a way that feels repetitive and excessive. I understand that people have different dietary preferences, but the constant focus on meat consumption comes across as unnecessary. At times, it even feels as though there’s an underlying promotion of the meat industry. As someone who deeply values animal welfare, hearing constant talk about meat consumption is disheartening. The billions of animals that suffer each year in the meat industry is a serious issue for many of us, and it’s upsetting to hear such casual references to practices that contribute to this suffering. I used to think Chrissie had a more thoughtful and conscientious approach to life, but these frequent mentions have caused me to reconsider that view. What ultimately pushed me to write this letter and to stop listening to the show was a segment in which a caller hysterically described finding a mouse in her house. The male co-host’s suggestion to flush the mouse down the toilet—whether it was alive or dead—was deeply disturbing. It’s moments like this that highlight the pervasive disregard many people have for animals, treating them as nuisances rather than living beings deserving of compassion. As an animal lover, this kind of commentary is both disgusting and upsetting. It’s disappointing to see how casually some people, including those on the show, dismiss the lives of other creatures. It’s an attitude that reflects the larger issue of human selfishness and entitlement, as if we are the only species that matters on this planet. I’m aware that my perspective might not resonate with everyone, but I wanted to express my feelings in the hopes that it might spark some reflection on the part of the show’s hosts. I used to enjoy listening, but the content has taken a direction that no longer aligns with my values. Thank you for taking the time to read my feedback. I hope that the show will consider being more mindful of its messaging in the future. Oh and I recommend to Chrissie Swan to watch the documentary "Dominion" as she clearly needs some education.

I’ve just tuned into nova as it’s got country but can you add a timer so it can turn off after certain times

Unfortunately, every time I try to open the app it goes to a white screen…and that’s it. It’s disappointing because I can’t listen to my fave songs or enter competitions. 🙁
