Novelship - Authentic Sneakers

This is the worst streetwear shopping site. It took 1 month to receive my Adidas Wales silver samba. They do not chase seller on shipping when it’s has been said to be send out and even when they not receive for authentication after 2 weeks. The shoe I received had crease! They look fake! Forget about buying from them unless you have too much money.

This is the worse app anyone can ever think of buying from. They sold a fake bike supreme for me. When I contacted them they started giving excuses. Don’t buy from them unless you are looking to buy fake shoes for extremely high prices

Over 1 week and shoes are stuck at verification. Customer service not helpful with templated responses. Your delivery times or order process did not alert for serious delays. Not cool

Hi, the shoes that I ordered through Novelship did not get sent to me. After a lengthy investigation, it was at first informed to me that the courier reported the shoe was damaged. I requested more info about what happened and the next time I was told the courier said that the shoes were lost. I found the discrepancy in the report strange. I was told by Novelship help desk that I could only be refunded $100 out of $219 that I had paid for, of which I replied back that I was very disappointed from the whole experience, and they did not offer to replace the shoes or provide full refund. Now I am still waiting for Novelship to reply how they can resolve this incident which was no fault of mine at all. Till today, there is no reply after I asked for a full refund or replace the shoes on 17 Dec 2022. Date of experience: November 30, 2022

THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO AUTHENTICATE YEEZY SLIDES FOR GOD SAKE. GIVE ME A LAME EXCUSE SAYING MY INTERNAL TAG IS “DAMAGE” JUST TO CHARGE ME $7 FOR NOTHING. DO YOUR RESEARCH FOR GOD SAKE.

Order number SGWZ8LLV82. My slides were purchased from a local retailer and sold via their platform. They deemed it to be fake and charged me their fees afterwards. I went to verify and ask, supported with my purchase receipt of the slides. All Novelship do was ignore the emails, no replies and kept my slides. It’s been 5 days. No updates. So they rejected my sale, charged me $40, and kept my slides. A total scam. Never had such problem. Regretted fully now. Beware of the scam platform
