Novo Cinemas

This guys lives in 90th, they have never heard about user experience, honestly, have you ever been on the cinema website, people are getting old while getting response on click, I thought app is better, it’s turned out the same! So sad, first impression is the website, ruined image, because of not being able to develop normal website and application.

I love novo cinemas, but the app is full of bugs, I can’t see my dashboard and most of the things in there doesn’t work. Please reform the app, make a complete reformation

Simply shocking!! A terrible App, waste of time and effort, does nothing to help you use Novo cinema’s facilities, or make you want to. Makes you wish you hadn’t wasted your time downloading it. As a provider of one the few iMax experiences around, you’ve got to go to considerable lengths to make customers not want to go to your cinemas - but somehow, against all the odds, you achieved it! Kudos!

Too many clicks needed to see what’s on today. Unable to sign up. Tickets booked as guest are at not sent via email or text. Better make a screenshot.

You can see what's on but cannot pay for tickets! What's the point?

Unable to book using website or mobile app, very slow to load payment and authorisation screens. Screens hang and have problems with security certificate. Waste of my time and a bad experience.

This app is very poor! Never managed to complete a transaction yet! Complete waste of time trying to book tickets. - 5 stars

May be great elsewhere but doesn't include new Novo cinema at the pearl

The app is so slow same as the cinema website just not good for them need to be fixed

What the hell!! Everything takes ages to load, even the startup page took for ever to just open , the previous grand cinema app was way better. Fire the developer and get your self a decent one.
