Useless. Keeps crashing at least once a day and buffers all the time. Don’t waste your time or money. Stick with Netflix/prime.

I got on the app to watch Saturday Night Live . Watched a few episodes then found SNL had disappeared and I couldn’t find it .

It takes a long time and multiple attempts to be able to switch from, for example, phone to tv. Even after closing the app on the first device.

It’s amazing how poorly designed for actual user behaviour this app is. If you’re not online it loads for ages and then tells you that you’re not online, yet it has a download and watch offline function. Compared to other streaming services it’s just not up to scratch.

So it won’t stream on data, the app barely loads to begin with, and it won’t download anything either. Great streaming service 👍

This is without the worst interface for any streaming service I use. The content on Now is great, but trying to find something to watch, unless you specifically know what you’re after, or its one of the 2/3 shows they are pushing hard at the time is a nightmare. What is the point in being able to add stuff to your watch list? There is no way to access your watch list after you’ve added it.

One of the more expensive subscription apps and for your money you now get more adverts than on actual tv, everything is behind a pay wall and now the app has randomly stopped working, by far the worst streaming service out there and one of the most expensive, don’t bother

The memberships are extremely high considering the app hardly has any full shows. Here’s a fun recommendation; if you want to be a streaming app, HAVE THE DAMN SHOWS YOU ADVERTISE WITH
