Since the last update, I can no longer listen to my audiobooks on the watch. This is so annoying because this is one of the reasons I bought this device. Please fix this.

• Use the Now Playing app to see and easily access your media across all of your connected devices
• When playing media (music, audiobooks, podcasts) Now Playing will surface relevant media controls on your Apple Watch according to what you are listening to. When listening to Audiobooks you can skip forward or rewind in 15 second increments, you can also use the menu to select which chapter you’d like to listen to. When listening to music, Now playing will you allow to view what’s up next, skip forward or back as well as toggle on/off shuffle or repeat.

Great app
Great app for controlling playback on your iPhone or HomePods. Would be great if you could also control volume in an iPad.
Used to work great
Used to work great, was incredibly useful for changing volume, pausing and whatnot. Not sure what changed, but now it can’t change volume without closing the app and connecting to another device even though the skip/pause buttons still work. Rating 3 stars because the only features automatically work anymore are the ones I don’t use as often because AirPods can do it themselves :/
No longer works!!
Since the latest iOS update (15.1) on my phone and 8.1 on my watch, the Now Playing app no longer works on my watch. What comes up is “iPhone Not Playing” which it clearly is. Help! I miss this feature and I use it all the time!
Can’t control music anymore
The watch updated and I can no longer control what music is playing with my watch. I use this feature everyday at the gym so it’s very annoying that it no longer works! PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Apple you broke this
After updating my watch iOS I can no longer control what I’m playing on my iPhone. Fix this please!!
Background is annoying.
It would be lovely to be able to control the background so you could see text better.
Icon
I dont need this app to display on the watch any information im streaming on my iphone. Even after deleting this app from the watch, the icon stays at the top of the watch and doesnt go away. IF THE APP WAS TRULY DELETED WHY IS THE ICON SHOWING IN THE NOTIFICATIONS?!?!?!
Doesn’t work right
I updated my watch iOS and now this app doesn’t allow me to control music on my iPhone from the watch.
