Gimmicky - Needs Updating
I bought the associated device when it first came out, and it was a nice materials upgrade from my Garmin Instinct. But the app just hasn’t met the hardware yet. I’ve consistently experienced an issue with the app where it will crash immediately upon opening. The only way to fix this is to delete and reinstall the app. But my personal data doesn’t seem to be backed up in any cloud, so I lose all of my historical data and trends. It feels like every few months I have a completely new device. Extremely frustrating. I will likely switch back to my Garmin and just wear this as a jewelry piece when I don’t need a more capable and consistently reliable device.
