This Transport for NSW app allows you to practice for NSW driver, rider and boating licence tests. Passing these tests is the first step towards getting a NSW driver, rider or boat licence.
The tests assess your knowledge of road and waterway rules and safe driving and boating techniques.
The practice tests look and operate like the real tests. You will be advised at the end if you passed or failed. The driver and rider tests have 45 questions and the boating tests have 50 questions.
To prepare for your test, we recommend you read the appropriate handbook for the licence you are applying for. Our Road User Handbook, Motorcycle Rider Handbook, Heavy Vehicle Driver Handbook, Boating Handbook and Personal Watercraft Handbook are available on our website.

Embarrassing.
Doesn’t work. Embarrassingly slow. Could never advance past the first question. There is a message informing you that preparing the quiz might take up to a minute. For what reason? It’s multiple choice! As a software developer I would be laughed at by my peers if delivered that as a solution.
Painful
Start practicing 6 months before your test because it takes a week to load a practice test
Buggy but good
Without it I would have failed my driving test

If you guys add a link to book appointment to give DKT. That will be very useful to everyone.

I would highly recommend utilising this before your drivers test!
Broken app
Very dissapointing, attempting to answer questions but the app will decide you cannot select any of the answers so you have to cancel the test and start again and hope it doesn’t happen the next time.
Good if worked.
Crashes bug’s & problems with loading. Gov shouldn’t release something that’s this unstable.
Is this a NSW government application?
What the hell is this ? Need like 1 year to load and register your answers. Who is responsible to fix the government IT system?
Why even have this?
It’s broken and doesn’t do anything.
