NUHS App

i have an old iphone 7 plus that my app cannot run why you guys have to update to the latest version when you this for hospital matters. can you please support for iphone 7 plus otherwise i have to buy a new iphone!

Recently when I Login one time to use it but once I Logout I can’t login again. I have to delete the Apps totally and reinstall then I can login again after that I have to repeat the step of deleting the Apps and login again. Please look into the problem. Thanks.Jeff. When I download the Apps again it told me that I need to update my IOS to 16.2 or download the last version so I choose the older version as my phone use IOS 15.8.2 which I can’t update its IOS 16.2. So what should I do to get back my last version of NUHS Apps now? I have been using it for years without any problems till what happened now.

Only those who’s phone is IOS 16.8 and above can log in, otherwise the app is blank. Very disappointed. The only way to assess to the app is to incur cost by buying another phone above iPhone 7S. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

The latest update to version 16.2 for higher enhancement of the app. However, have the developer consider those with a older version software mobile holders are unable to update and use the app? NUH highly recommend their customers to use mobile connection with them . This is hell of inconvenience for patients in need of assistance

The app used to be good. Recently can’t login at all and to make matters worse keep getting prompts to pay a bill. Pl do something about the app to allow effective use. Thanks

Why forced user to buy new phone with iOS 16.2 while user old phone are still useable?

the new update break the app. please bring back support for older phones that cannot install ios16
