This is a great App
The App is a wonderful addition to the books, especially when it is difficult to get hold of the books. I am currently teaching Grade 3 at an International School in China. It does not matter where in the world you are, you need to understand numbers. I do not skip the South African money. I explain it as counting in 10’s. Hopefully that with help their understanding of decimals in the future. My students are keen NumberSense Users. It allows for differentiation and self-regulation. The self-marking and instant feedback keep students motivated and gives me free time to assist when and where needed. They still have a number chart available when needed. They always have a ‘NumberSense’ workout book and a pencil at hand. We had a few hiccups when we started with different devices but mostly sorted. Thank you! It does make my job easier.
