No good anymore
This app/company used to be great until changes about 3 months ago. Since then- just as others say: you DONT get paid at end of shift. You have to wait hours- days to get paid. The app clock in system glitches. You have to wait for admin to “confirm” your time submitted , as if we are lying. The customer service in AZ are in fact, rude. They gaslight, telling us “you’re the only one having an issue with the app” yet, we all are. They send messages “due to the high volume of calls we won’t be taking anymore”. They stopped answering calls a few months back. There’s no support service. They answer a text after the main person emails a response. The hardest part of my work day shouldn’t be “suffering” to get paid for the hours already worked. Oh - and the hours- usually end up being 4-6 hours instead of 12hours. I wonder if the CEO is aware of how crappy this app has become and losing not on only healthcare staff but healthcare facilities as their tired of reiterating the same info- simple things like “no the nurse didn’t have to have a break. She worked 4 hours”…. Yep. Good luck
