Nursing Pocket Prep

I have been studying for the CEN for 3 months, using other resources as well as this app. The rationale for answers is good, as it used Sheehy’s Emergency Nursing textbook. The app is easy to use. However, it’s glitchy as heck. I’ve taken tests and it’ll tell me I got a question wrong that I never took. I have also seen glitches where I’ll select the correct answer, and then it’ll display it as if I choose the incorrect answer. This is irritating and studying for this exam is hard enough without there being technical errors. Do yourself a favor and study free tests already available on quizlet and use the BCEN’s module review or Jeff Solheim’s module review for reviewing material. Both offer practice exams. Jeff Somheim’s course has free questions in every module that he reviews with you. This is a waste of money. I regret buying it. It has taught me some marital, but other resources taught me better. This one just confused me when it would glitch.

Awesome prep for the CNOR! Definitely worth it!

The app is absolutely amazing and above and beyond. The structure of test questions with rationale and references is on point and up to date. It helps me to pass my exam with critical thinking strategies. It helps me to look further on the references they provided if I missed the question. This app also provides you data statistics in regards to your study progress. You can set an alarm a daily question of the day. The level of progress where the areas you need to focus on. However, you have to pay the premium subscription but it’s worth it.

Building my foundations! Loving the app!

I completed a series of exercises available on this app daily. I did not complete the 1200 questions. I believe I was in the 700 range. However, the questions of the day, the weakest question quizzes and the missed quizzes were excellent which allowed me to learn from my mistakes and retain information. This appt helped me out tremendously.

I passed my CNOR exam on the first try with two months of this app being my main study method (did not pay for or use any other books, courses etc.). I did all 1000 Qs until I got them right, and did all 3 practice exams (600 Qs), going over the rationales for every question. This app helped me pace my studying and easily do questions here and there when I had time.

Soooo, I won’t tell a fib & say that I used this app to its full potential(all questions). However, I did 10-20 questions quiz & the Question of the day daily (as much as I remembered) for about 6 months at the end of my program. Once I graduated, I used it more & did quizzes daily as I studied for boards. I took a last minute review/notes, this app, & YouTube videos(to review my weaker diagnoses & meds) for about 2-3 weeks straight & I passed on first try!!

The questions are great and pretty difficult, however the app is constantly glitching, making me retake quizzes, and not saving my progress. It’s frustrating as I constant get repeat questions instead of new ones as it doesn’t know I took it already. For the price of this subscription you’d think the app would work properly
