Disappointing
App is busy loading an add while I really need to see the bus schedule. Bad as the other NUS apps. 1.8 rating and no improvement for years

Download the NUS Next Bus application to get up-to-the-minute bus schedules and be informed well ahead of the next bus’ arrival time. The application also comes with detailed maps of the bus stop locations and the user’s current location within NUS.
What you can find in the application:
• The bus stop nearest to your current location along with map and distance to the bus stop.
• Lists down all the bus stops on campus sorted according to the nearest one first.
• Arrival time and the next bus arrival timing of all the buses in each bus stop.
• And last but not least, all respective internal bus routes – reference from each bus stop – at a glance.

App doesn’t work half the time
Always stuck loading half the time what’s the point
Buggy
9/10 times it doesnt load when you are at kent ridge. Please fix this bug that has been here since Jan.
App is garbage.
Extremely not reliable. Half of the times I use it it predicts stuff wrong. Number of times I was late due to it is insane. It occasionally had compete blackouts when it doesn’t work at all. I can’t believe that all of Singapore’s app development talent, you still can’t come up with something that works.

I can see the live location of where the buses are, which gives a fairly accurate estimate. Most of the lousy reviews are directed at the over-crowdedness of the shuttle bus system at the moment, but I honestly think it's not the fault of the buses but NUS over-admitting students during the pandemic

The app is ridiculously slow, spent ~10 mins waiting for the page to load but it’s still loading, what a joke
Forever missing my bus because of this stupid app
The bus timings are never accurate and it goes from 3 minutes to arriving to bus leaving in like 10 seconds?????? Like it will say 3 minutes on the app and then I’ll be slowly walking towards the bus stop and I SEE THE BUS LEAVES AS IM WALKING??????? bruh pls do better this app has made me miss my bus so many times.
