Eat my money
I paid the money but the app say they don’t receive the payment WTF
Put me later in the queue instead of skipping
Waited more than twenty minutes for my order, saw number of people who order at the counter much later than me while I was waiting for my order that get their food earlier than me.
Sometimes it works
Usual problem: I want to pay, open PayLah, and nothing happens. I go back to the app, it’s crashed. Do the developers even care that the app has 1.7 rating and think “Yeah, this is alright, good job”?
No more guest account
Very sad to see that the guest account mode has been removed. I'm a fan of the app and use it regularly as I work near NUS, but now I can't use it anymore. Please bring back the guest account feature.
Cannot log in
I am unable to log in. The error message is generic, there is no contact provided to the developer. Seriously, what are you thinking? Did you notice that your rating is 1.8?
Login for nus students is buggy
I used the same credentials that I used to login to my Luminus student account yet it does not work. This is despite the credentials being entered directly from my password manager in both instances.
Guest login
Guests cant create account. Fails to receive OTP for creation of account
Payment method
Does it support credit card? I want to sign up, but nev send OTP to me, not able to verify payment method
App crashes often
Sometimes the app will crash on launch. When i try to add bank card for payment, the app crashes
