In the drop down list for mobile I can’t find my country code(UK); only Saudia Arabia code. As a result I cannot create an account.Can you please fix this as soon as possible, I need to book permits. Thank you.

I am trying to register with this App after upgrade and when I reach to Verify Phone step I don’t list of country codes to select the correct one to add mobile number. Can someone look into this please?

I’ve been trying to sign up for so long feel like I’m wasting my time with this app if there is an alternative please let us know

I have cancelled the permit dilute to clash with group activity and now I am not able to schedule again it gives error I still have valid permit. Kindly clarify why can’t I am able to book a new permit.

Keep getting error that email format is not recognised… when I am clearly inputting it correctly!

This app won’t allow some phones to log in, despite it claiming to be compatible with it. I even bought a brand new phone with no success! I have called you in Saudi & written to you & am still waiting for you to respond and fix the issue! Update: I already contacted via phone few days ago and explained everything, and used my time and money on an international call. I was told a report would be made & someone would call me but no one did. I also emailed and was asked to give more information and a screen shot. I did that too.

Could not create an Account as it could not check the checkboxes to accept terms & conditions. App does not work for new account creation & check boxes on password screen are not working.

Not working

I have downloaded the app few weeks before my arrival and have been trying to book but had no luck. The page just keeps coming up blank. I have tried every 30 mins also and after midnight but to no avail. I am now in Madinah desperately trying to book but keeps coming up with the same blank page no options for times or dates. I have one more day here very saddened by this experience.

Trying to register with this app when in Saudi Arabia is impossible. Constantly receiving pop ups stating that the registration is not compatible. Attempted to delete and try again, still not able to complete. Worried if we will be able to complete rawda now that our time in madinah is coming to the end. Been Umrah twice before the “app” came into play and never had such difficulty in entering our prophet PBUH resting place.
