Keeps charging me without responding to my request to cancel my subscription
I have repeatedly reached out to customer support to cancel my subscription but have been ignored. Despite my clear request, I continue to be charged, which is unacceptable. Please address this issue immediately and stop charging me for a service I no longer wish to use.
Need a better nutrition input process
The app works well for the most part. The issue I have repeatedly is the limited nutrition database. I frequently use the bar code scanner (or try to) and find that 25% of the codes are not recognized by the app. I then have to enter the food manually which is frustrating and time consuming. MyFitnessPal, which I also use, has a vastly superior food entry system.
Deceptive & really expensive
Deceptive bra cause the price of 300/month is not displayed until download and create account. Crazy price Expensive
Expensive ouch
Looking at the value for a CDN this does not work. There are free or less $$$ options available. Talk to your MD.
Shady business practices
This company bills automatically without giving notice or a chance to cancel your membership. There is no way to contact them - only bots / Zendesk :(
Not worth it.
I don’t understand what I am paying for when I can track my food in MyFitnessPal and my insurance is being billed for the nutritionist. I will be switching to a much cheaper CGM.
It was good
I have used Nutrisense for a couple years in 2018-2019. The response to scanning the CGM was quick (now 20 minutes to upload, even they admit to this), the app was user friendly (now it is more marketing to sell other add ons), and cheap to talk to the nutritionists. Unless there are these and other changes, I do not recommend anymore.
Inadequate customer service
I used their cgm last year and it was the libre and I loved how it worked. I decided to do it again and it made choose dexcom, so I got sensors and have been using for about 15 days I hate this sensor and their app and I am trying to change it to libre sensor for the past two weeks and they keep telling to complete the questionnaire and the app won’t let me UGH this is frustrating.
Dexcom Monitors Difficult/ customer service not helpful
I used this app with the old monitors in 2023 and liked it a lot. I decided to do another round but they only have the the new Dexcom monitors. They are much more complicated to get started. I am 7 days in with multiple asks of customers service and still don’t have it working.
