I’m sure the app would be great to use but it keeps crashing — can’t even login

Unbelievable, I know. Mind you, I’ve been really fit off and on my whole life. The last last injury sidelined me. I got chubby; and was miserable. I started using this app at the recommendation of a colleague. I’ve always been great with exercise: consistency, intensity, and duration. (Unless injured). My week point? I love food. I cook really healthy food. But? I was eating too much. The app had me take pics of my food, and it made me accountable to someone on the other end. It worked. The Challenge was like a contest… which I can never resist. It worked like crazy. 5% body fat reduction in 6 weeks. Wowwww! Mind you, I have always listed weights. So? My muscles hypertrophied pretty quickly, because they were already there… just shrunken from disuse. Anyway. I love the App. LOVE IT. I did have a few technical issues. But? That’s how I roll. There tech support is awesome!

Won’t sync with body comp scale. Heart rate monitors are tiny and must go on forearm which is awkward when working out. Terrible experience so far.

The App crashes for me every day. It also keeps saying it needs an update, but then when you go to update it, there’s no update. As I’m reading the other comments, I am seeing that this is not an isolated issue, but several other people are going through the same thing. Extremely frustrating!!!!

Crashes every time I try to load photos. Very frustrating

This app has some difficulties with the measurement section. There’s 6 areas where you can input your measurements of body. When you enter on the 3rd area, it freezes and app no longer functions/ crashes. And measurements are not saved. Frustrating if you’re trying to track your progress.

It continues to kick me off in the middle of a workout. No place to check for an update to install. I continue to loose workout data/tracking due to the continuous dropping. Very frustrating

I belong to a gym that uses this app and I keep encouraging them to switch to an app that actually works. It is frustrating to be in a challenge at the gym and not being able to measure your workouts and end up losing the challenge because of an inferior app. Today the app would not launch even after I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Even rebooting my phone did not make it work.

I try to sign in and it starts loading then crashes. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled even signed out of Apple ID and turned off phone to no avail. Just want the app to work so I could record my workout 😖. Will update review once issue is fixed.
