Picture the worst app you can think of… this makes that look amazing.

Deletes data even when you save it multiple times, not worth using.

Slow. Pauses and locks you out. When your you work for a huge corporation would expect the best of the best for billing purposes no time never get locked out..

Still doesn’t work correctly after years of use

works when it wants to. No smooth flow from starting a wo to closing it. Have to go backwards to get out of wo once it’s completed. can’t get into app, deleted it 3 times. don’t understand what information it’s looking for. locks up when submitting information. I waste a lot of time at work and now at home. Ask a few people who use these systems how they should work for crying out loud. A good platform will work for most locations, then just add location specific information. And the completion screen is really cluttered. If you want a new consultant, give me a call. DON’T KNOW who is doing the math on these ratings, I don’t see where all those 5 stars are coming from? Must be that new math I hear so much about.

This app is absolutely terrible. Never works right constantly having outages pages freeze doesn’t populate work orders have to install and reinstall app times.

Wish I could give it negative stars.

The app continuously logs my out. And when you finally get in has a lot of loop holes that takes time to work in.
