Nuw: Thrift Swapping (Fashion)

I’ve only joined us a little while ago, but I’m already loving it. The concept is so simple and so easy it’s amazing. Reminds me of the movie of the travelling jeans. Aisling has done amazing job setting all this up and it’s so easily contactable if there’s an issue that I wanted to little bugs, but that’s to be expected with a new venture is Ashling and the team the very best of luck and I can’t wait to see this grow to be a phenomenal site & business. I think those big shopping sites might have to watch out :) xxx

No way to delete account when you sign up using Facebook which is a breach of Apple store T&Cs. Deleting account is a requirement for all apps.

Have to keep deleting and re downloading the app due to glitches

It’s such a good idea but for me it didn’t work. Nobody accepted my swap request- why would they? All they have to do is upload an item in order to earn a coin. They can then use the coin to get items from others. So many people just upload a load of items to get a load of coins, and never actually give the items away. This app had so much potential

Keep showing error while login, it is frustrating as we get charged for €1 per item now to improve the app but the app seems not getting improved at all

love the idea, seems like a great app but not many options when i search something up in the app it only shows a few options then continues to show stuff from my feed

The idea behind this app is good. But I downloaded the app and it does not work. None of the features work. I can’t see what I’ve uploaded and I can’t see any of the requests. Yet I keep getting emails and notifications about them. I messaged Nuw 3 weeks ago about the problem, they were very nice and said they will send it on to the tech team. On the 13th june they said I should know by the end of the day, I messaged them 5 days later to see if they heard anything and no reply, so I messaged again on the 21st June, they said they should know soon and I tried again on the 26th and my message was seen with no response. It’s a bad look for a new company

Warmest congrats on creating this app that promotes sustainability ! It would have been great to be able to follow people whose items I love, send them a message not only for a swap request but simply asking the postage costs, and above all, I hope that you could improve the search function that can only select sizes and a limited range of categories, no colors, most popular items or chronologic order of the items displayed on the app. In order for one’s items to be noticed, there are really no choices such as hashtags, following other people, posting a listing other than for swaping purposes or having their items displayed in the app’s main window in chronologic order. The fee of 0,99€ per swap request should be no more than 0,50€ on the member requesting the item, as they also pay for the postage. Hope you will reflect at least on some of my points and wish Nuw lots of succes for the future !

Just love the concept of the app!! Wished I discovered it sooner!
