Logging in to see your account is impossible both online and on the app.

This app is always glitching. I can’t log in. My information is not updated. It’s horrible. Even the reps tell you give the app time to update. I don’t get it.

The app is unresponsive.

The bill pay option on the dashboard is amazingly easy!

The app needs work it doesn’t work to sign in and is slow plus glitches the web sight is better

Their app and their service is the worst I have every experienced. You take way to much money for your poor service and McDonald’s could out do the quality of Buisness.

Bills just refuse to load, no error or anything.

Slow app. Bad user experience. Doesn't keep the session logged in. Bad webviews and react native pieced together. The company is terrible too. Rates are outrageous. But they are the only game in town

The fact that we have no other option but to have NV energy and they get money from thousands of people but they do not care to fix their app nor do they care to help the paying customers . My rate continues to increase every month I used to log in and see my usage exactly what I’m paying for no it logs me in then immediately logs me out when I asked a rep they said there’s nothing they can do it’s MY phone . Every other compnay gas rent bills cox etc they have a working app and help NV energy is so careless and so unprofessional they do not care to even fix an app that seems bogus . It literally is a web browser app not even a legitimate APP. So bad 1 star to nv energy basically telling me sorry you have to pay but you can’t see your usages and they won’t email me either about m usage
