Bluetooth and location services enabled. Tried reinstalling. iphone 12 mini

So convenient. Only one time, on a Sunday afternoon, has it not worked for me. Otherwise it’s always available.

App does not recognize bluetooth, cannot unlock bin @104th and Columbus Please fix app!!!

This is the future. Best compost collection system in the world. Other cities should be jumping all over this.

Composted before moving to the city, so naturally loved the idea but the app’s gps is not up to snuff. Several times bins refuse to open because Im not “close enough” to the bin while my phone rests on top of it

Terrible! I was excited to try this, gathered my compostables and headed to the bin but after I got there it said “out of service” so then I just put everything in the corner trash can. What a joke and what a waste of my time. Like many other Mayor Adams ideas-lots of hype then no delivery :(

I love this app so much! Simple, clean design. Well thought out. It does exactly what it says it will do — helps you discard your compost safely and easily. xo

Finally, an app and bins that actually make it EASY to compost ANY type of food scraps any day or time. THANK YOU!!!!!

I love having all time access to the compost bins, and really hope this program is a success!! Having an app to unlock the boxes is a good idea, and when my box was full, I liked that the app pointed me to a nearby option. But you know what would be even more awesome? A WATCH option. When I run out of the house with a sack of near rotting garbage, I’d love to not have to bring, or pull out and manipulate, my phone.
