NYC Pay or Dispute

Great app, I paid it very fast my ticket. Hate the person that gave me my ticket. So then I hate the app bc it’s taken my money.

I like this app to pay any parking tickets cause it’s faster you do get a confirmation receipt and it beats going to the finance office in person to pay for the ticket. But to dispute a ticket I will go in person.

Hahaha this is funny. Whenever you try to dispute ticket it says error. However, you pay the ticket and it goes right through. Magically paying ticket works perfectly but disputing tickets doesn’t.

This is a rigged system just to steal the people’s money. The traffic agent has seen me siring in my car and I was ready to move out he blocked me and said some negative slurs. These are the type of tickets givers and you put them out there with this training!

I hope someone starts a class-action lawsuit against the City of New York for fraudulently and unconstitutionally issuing Camera “School Zone” speeding tickets that penalize vehicle owners instead of the actual driver of the vehicle and include an automated but meaningless “dispute” option through this app. I have no idea who conducted my “hearing” or how they arrived at their “guilty” decision. This sort of practice puts all of us at risk for a total hijacking of our justice system by bad actors who use fallible technology. It is absolutely shameful and disgraceful that a city as great as New York would turn to such sketchy and one sided law-enforcement practices to extort money from innocent and unsuspecting people.

It took multiple tries to submit my dispute due to error 251

Although I got two tickets within 24 hours for an expired inspection sticker, because I didn’t understand that I needed to appeal them both, but rather paid one and appeal the second one. Therefore, I was found guilty and, once again, because I didn’t understand the system and never got the results or rather Didn’t know where to look for the results, I was assessed an additional $10 penalty. Not good.

App works fine. Wish I didn’t have to pay $400

When you give so many tickets for so many infractions you come up with an app dedicated to fleecing the public by entrapment.

It was pretty good, but now the app either opens once out of 50 attempts or crashes, or says request failed when you try to open it. It has been doing this for a month or so and still not fixed
